There are numerous ways you, as an individual, can make a difference at the Academy Museum. If you would like to make a pledge, learn about available naming opportunities, monthly donations, planned giving, making a gift in a loved one’s name or need additional information, please contact us at or (310) 247-3049. Please use the Mail-In Form if you prefer to send your gift by mail.

Corporate Supporters

Founding Corporate Supporters will have an extraordinary opportunity to be the first to select and build an exclusive partnership from the ground up. Academy Museum partners will gain a strategic presence in the lucrative Los Angeles market while also leveraging an international community of film leaders, fans, and experts. Partnerships can be tailored to meet—and exceed—your brand’s specific philanthropic and marketing goals. To learn more, please contact the Office of Corporate Partnerships.

Please note that the Academy Museum does not generally acquire works based on unsolicited submissions. If you wish to propose a work for consideration as a possible acquisition or donation, we request that you do so in advance by contacting or calling (310) 247-3623. Because we cannot accept unsolicited objects or return them to the sender if delivered to the Museum, we request that you please provide the following information:

  • A letter of intent
  • Color images of the works (300 DPI jpg images preferred)
  • Rough dimensions of the works
  • Provenance information and press materials that will help the curators understand the history of the object are helpful.
